NDI BOX
A enterprise grade NDI receiver that captures NDI video streams from any source on your LAN and delivers them to any connected display with a centralised management from a single local server.

How the NDI BOX Works
NDI (Network Device Interface) is a royalty-free standard developed by NewTek that allows video systems to share media over a standard Ethernet LAN. The Lumera NDI BOX makes deploying and managing NDI video distribution effortless at any scale.
Broadcast NDI Sources
Cameras, computers, production switchers or any NDI capable device broadcasts its stream over the local network. No special cabling, no encoders, just Ethernet.
NDI BOX Receives & Decodes
Each Lumera NDI BOX unit connects via Gigabit Ethernet, auto-discovers all NDI sources on the same LAN, and decodes the selected stream in real time for HDMI output to any display.
Central Server Controls All Units
The included local server software gives you a single web dashboard to see every NDI BOX OUTPUT on your network, switch which source each unit displays, and push firmware updates, ALL IN ONE PLACE.
Engineered for Broadcast Reliability
Everything you need for professional video distribution without the complexity or cost of traditional AV matrix systems.
LAN-Native NDI Reception
Plug directly into any Gigabit switch. The NDI BOX uses mDNS auto-discovery to find all NDI sources on the network instantly. No manual IP configuration, no special drivers, no VLAN headaches.
- check_circle Supports NDI, NDI|HX2 and NDI|HX3 streams
- check_circle Up to 8K30 decode on supported models
- check_circle Sub-50ms latency
Central Management Server
One local server, infinite control. A self-hosted web dashboard lets you see every NDI BOX on your network, assign sources to each unit, schedule switches, and push firmware from any browser on the LAN.
OTA Firmware Control
Push firmware updates to one or all units simultaneously from the management dashboard. Schedule maintenance windows, roll back to previous versions, and ensure every device stays current.
Universal HDMI Output
Connects to any HDMI display; TVs, projectors, video walls, confidence monitors. Supports resolutions from 720p up to 8K with automatic output negotiation.
Optional PoE HAT Upgrade
The base model is powered through standard USB-C. For installations requiring Power over Ethernet, an optional PoE HAT upgrade can be added, allowing both power and network data over a single Ethernet cable for cleaner deployments in AV racks, ceilings, and behind displays.
